We are proud to mark a major milestone in the delivery of the Harcourt Square redevelopment, with the official topping out ceremony taking place this week.

Located on a prominent 1.9-acre city centre site, this landmark development will provide 31,865 sq.m. of Grade A office accommodation and serve as the future sustainable headquarters for KPMG Ireland.

As Civil and Structural Engineers on the project, CS Consulting is proud to support the delivery of a future-ready commercial space designed with a strong emphasis on environmental performance and sustainability.

Given the project’s central location and proximity to existing structures and key public transport links, including the LUAS, our team developed detailed performance specifications to manage noise and vibration levels and implemented traffic management strategies to minimise disruption during construction.

We extend our congratulations to all project partners on reaching this significant milestone and look forward to the successful delivery of the next phase.
